We have been always asking our customers about, how much are they satisfied with our product and how much are they happy with our services. Answer for these questions is very monotonous from our first-time buyers. But, we will be getting very interesting feedbacks from our long-time users, who have given their beanbags for repairing services with us.
Usually, our delivery schedule in-service beanbags are more compared to the new beanbag delivery schedule. And the reason behind this is too tedious, as it involves more man-hour work due to its double the time work compared to making a new beanbag. In such circumstances, when it gets delayed from our side in delivering those bean bags, that’s when the customer starts sharing something that is quite interesting, let me share some instances on the same.
First, we would like to share an experience with a loving grandpa. As and when his grandchild comes home, she prefers sitting on the bean bag for watching her favorite cartoon shows in television and playing her video games. As that beanbag reached back sooner, that sweet little girl started pestering his grandpa for getting a new instead of waiting for the old one.
Another instance with a caring father, concerned about his daughter’s studies. Às, she is appearing for her board examinations, she is used to preparing for examinations for hours together every day, which in turn leads to severe neck pain and discomfort for her. After getting a beanbag, studying has become learning more, due to the ease of doing it.
An instance with a local college-going student staying in a bachelor room in one of the local accommodation. He follows the routine of going for a part-time job after his college hours. He is so proud and happy that, he bought a bean bag out of his, hard-earned first-month salary. Even though he is paid for his fees, food, stay by their parents. All his needful kinds of stuff like mobile phone, bike are being fulfilled by his parents. He could find more fulfillment in this, one and only piece of furniture, that is his lovely beanbag brought from us, a few months ago. The way he says, how he takes care of the beanbag is really astonishing. Yes, he initially puts a sleeping mat under his beanbag and later on bought carpet for the same, to maintain it well, in best possible way. In a simpler word for our understanding, he takes cares of it as a  child.
One more experience, we had with one of our most valuable customer, army men in the local army base, 9 years since he started using our beanbag. When he reached out to us to service his beanbag, he dropped his old one and picked up a brand new beanbag and paid for that and took it along with him, he can’t be without the bean bag.
It was very evident to us, from these customers and that situation that, how much our customers love their beanbags and how fond of our bean bag for their loved ones.
Then onwards, we stopped messing with our good old customers and make sure they are missing out with their comfort any more for a too long period.
We have understood the secret recipe of keeping ourselves happy by keeping our existing customers happy.
